HOURS OF OPERATIONMonday to Saturday 7:30AM to 12 Noon & 3PM to 7PM and Sunday from 3PM to 7PM. We are closed daily from 12 to 3PM so we can give our undivided attention to our four-legged guests. Sundays we are only open 3PM-7PM for both check-in and check-outs. We are one of the only facilities in the area open for check-ins and check-outs 7 days a week. Just like a people hotel, standard check-in for overnight boarding is in the afternoon between 3PM-7PM. Check-out is by 12 Noon of the check-out day, except Sundays where check-in and check-outs are between 3PM to 7PM. If you stick to these "people hotel rules", then you will only be charged for the number of nights your pet boards with us. We do not check pets in or out past 10PM. You may check your pets in as early as 6:30AM or out as late as 10PM (outside of the standard hours posted above) for a minimum fee of $10 or a maximum fee equal to one night boarding or daycare, depending on the season. However, in order to accommodate your need for an early check-in or a late check-out, we require 24 hour prior notice to ensure that we can schedule staff to meet your needs. While we are here 24/7, 365 taking care of your beloved pets, we are closed to all check-ins or check-outs on these National Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day,Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. These times are when we have the most pet guests in residence and we need all our staff to give their undivided attention to their care and well-being. For daycare boarding Monday through Saturday, check-in starts at 7:30AM and check-out ends at 7PM. Early or late check-in or check-outs, add $10. For grooming services only, check-in times will vary by the appointment time. We will do our best to schedule to your convenience. ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE CANCELLED NO LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE EQUIVALENT OF ONE NIGHT OR DAY BOARDING. Fairlawn Pet Resort & Spa reserves the right to refuse admittance to any canine or feline guest for any reason, at any time, who lacks proof of vaccinations, or displays signs of untreated or potentially contagious conditions. We do not accept mean pets. For the safety of our staff and guests, any pet who continues to demonstrate aggressive behavior a few minutes after arrival, or who fails our standard health and temperament policies will be denied check-in
